【The event went off without a hitch!】
Today’s event featured a food, drink, and calligraphy corner by Eikei University students and Mikuniya staff, a handmade small goods sales corner by Konichi0, and an outstanding concert by Nikolo-san Roxie and Tama-chan, who graduated from the graduate school of Elisabeth University this spring.
We were more than happy that people from the community who do not usually come in and out of Mikuniya came and enjoyed the event.
It was also a great pleasure to see the Mikuniya foreign staff working hard to make o-hagi (rice cakes) while being taught by the aunties, who are very good cooks. The staff seemed to enjoy the unusual daily routine.
On the other hand, they were exhausted after the event because they had to manage the event while doing their normal work….
I also had time to explain a little about our new project concept in front of everyone.
I will introduce it here again after greeting everyone who will cooperate with us.
Sunny, who is an intern at Mikuniya, did a great job in fulfilling her responsibilities at this event. Thank you very much for your hard work.
Once again, I would like to thank everyone who was directly or indirectly involved in the event.
Thank you so much.
We look forward to your continued support of Mikuniya.
